Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and training partners
- Regulatory bodies, aviation authorities, or industry organisations such as, Civil Aviation Safety Authority
- Assessors, examiners, or instructors
- Certification, licensing, or accreditation providers
- Government agencies where required by law
Purpose of disclosure
Your information will only be disclosed:
- For purposes directly related to your training and certification
- Where it is reasonably necessary for compliance, verification, or regulatory obligations

Refund Policy
Hardware and Equipment
FPV Australia prides itself on customer satisfaction. You will be entitled to all of your consumer rights for hardware and equipment – No questions asked.
Courses and Training
FPV Australia’s refund policy is a simple one. If you are not satisfied that we have delivered our training at a satisfactory level, then we will simply refund you in full!
Should you wish to cancel your training prior to it’s commencement, you can do so for a full refund. *Conditions Apply.
