We use your data to provide you with products and services that you request. By using our services, you agree to allow us to collect and handle your information, but only in ways that are appropriate to your needs. We NEVER sell your data, or provide your data to a 3rd party without your consent.
The data we collect include things like your name, address and contact details etc, and other such data as needed to provide you with the products and services you request.
Data is stored both securely at the offices of FPV Australia, and also in the cloud in fully encrypted environments, and you can request your data be deleted from all of our storage systems, at any time.
We will, at times, need to transfer your data, or hand your data over to a 3rd party, but only for the facilitation of the services you have requested. This handover will be done in such a manner that it does not jeopardize the security of your data.
We will also hand over your data if demanded by an organisation who has the authority to request it.
Refund Policy
Hardware and Equipment
FPV Australia prides itself on customer satisfaction. You will be entitled to all of your consumer rights for hardware and equipment – No questions asked.
Courses and Training
FPV Australia’s refund policy is a simple one. If you are not satisfied that we have delivered our training at a satisfactory level, then we will simply refund you in full!
Should you wish to cancel your training at anytime prior to it’s commencement, you can do so for a full refund.
If you have started your training, and need to cancel, please contact us so that we can arrange the cancellation. Depending how are in you are, there may be some fees that will need to be retained. Please engage us – we are always happy to help.
